Declutter Your Mind in Eight Minutes

Life pulls us in so many different directions, and the result can be a mind that feels cluttered and unfocused.
Just like taking the time to clean out a drawer or closet can make your environment more peaceful, there are things you can do to sort and refresh your mind.
While a vacation or day at the spa can certainly do the trick, those options are not always practical. Instead, may I suggest starting with eight minutes.
You are just eight minutes away from a mind that feels a little more free and uncluttered.
These eight-minute tasks will not only clear actual clutter from your environment, but can also provide an empowering sense of accomplishment in a surprisingly short amount of time.
Are you ready? Pick just one of the following eight tasks, set a timer for eight minutes, and see what happens.
1
Scroll through your email or junk mail, and click "unsubscribe" on as many lists as you can that you no longer need.
2
Grab a garbage sack, and fill it with shoes that are no longer worn.
3

4
Schedule one appointment - medical, dental, hair, etc. - that you have been putting off.
5
